Indemnity
I use the range facilities at my own risk and accept that sport shooting carries inherent risks. I confirm that I will comply with the range rules and all applicable firearm legislation, and I indemnify the range, its owners and staff against claims arising from my use of the facilities, except where caused by their gross negligence.
